- Forest department donot allow Car (with or less than 180mm ground clearance), two wheelers, & three wheeler to entry into Similipal. Similarly heavy vehicles (Bus, Truck) are not allowed into Similipal.
- Total distance cover during visit about 300KM to and fro inside the Similipal.
- The road inside Similipal National Park is earthen,un-metaled , hilly, zig-zag, undulating & dusty .
- The vehicle unable to move more than 30KM/HR, So about 12 hours time elapsed during the travel &visit.
- The flying-dust of the road may covered whole body of the visitors during travel in un-covered vehicle. It is wise to travelled with a A/C vehicle.
- Visitors can make Entry permit into Similipal in offline manually between 6AM to 9 AM every day from 1ST November to 15th June.
