No-dust,No-smoke,No-fume, No- pollution only the fresh Oxygen from large SAL trees.

No-vehicle sound, No, vehicle horn, No loudspeaker,No sound pollution,only chirping of bird.

Accommodation Rule :-

  • Reservation would be allowed on 50% advance payment of total hiring cost. Rest 50% would be received at the time of check in.
  • Reservation payment cost is not refundable in case reservation is cancelled by guests /dwellers. The advance payment will be reconciled by another date fixed by guest if resort is vacant.
  • Check out time is 9.30a.m.
  • The guests have to follow the wildlife/forest acts. (Please note that the Resort is situated at the border of SIMILIPAL TIGER RESERVE.
  • Loud voice, loud speaker & bright light are prohibited, which cause irritation wild animal and violet forest act. Penalty may be charges by the forest dept.
  • The guests /dwellers have to keep Rest house neat &clean .Waste materials & Garbage should be disposed in dust bin.
  • The Main Gate of the resort is closed after 9.30pm. No entry after 10 pm.
  • Taking of dinner after 9.30PM is self Service &Self Serving Method..
  • Fire wood for campfire would be provided by the management with extra cost
  • Tribal Dance program may be arranged with local tribal people by the management with extra cost.
  • The order of meal & food should be taken about one day before (12HR prior) of taking meal. As the rations, vegetables, meat, fish are not available nearby & are purchased from the nearest market 17KM distance from our resort. The food menu order provided by the visitors/guests may vary, change & alternate depends upon the availability in the market.
  • The management reserves right to cancel any reservation at any time without giving notice to the par ties. In this case the reservation fees would be refunded.
